After years of managing businesses and developing new concepts in the food and beverage sector, as well as gaining international experience in the industry, we have decided to focus on a new project: sector-specific consultancy.

FORMAT:

We help you develop your ideas, optimizing the characteristics of your new business. We study the market and available resources to create an original, sustainable, and quality proposal, where the environment, location, offerings, prices, and reliability become the essential elements of a coherent and recognizable concept for guests. We are also available to assist your architect in the design phase of the spaces and the realization of the bar for achieving the best functionality and efficiency/effectiveness in production.

OFFER

The menu is the element that most characterizes a venue. For this reason, we make our 'Research and Development' department available to create an exclusive and original offer, with classic drinks, modern cocktails, and unique ingredients that distinguish your business.

A menu must be 'up-to-date' but also sustainable and dynamic, able to change over time and continually renew itself depending on the seasonality of products while maintaining its distinguishing identity.

DESIGN

For new businesses, we also take care of the bar's design, working alongside your architect or suggesting one of our trusted ones. The goal is to create an ergonomic yet stylish environment. Based on the available space and format, we design custom workstations with a modern design, supported by a line of professional and reliable appliances. For more established places, we proceed with the reorganization and optimization of the existing structure.

RECRUITING AND TRAINING

Supported by our Jerry Thomas Educational team, a training project started in 2012 that collaborates with Campari Academy from 2022, we handle the search, selection, and training of staff according to the required standards. We organize training both at our facilities and directly at your venue.
With a decade of experience in training, we are able to prepare a team of professionals capable of meeting the highest service standards.

HACCP MANUAL:

With the aid of our trusted consultants, we also provide support in drafting the HACCP manual and, if necessary, schedule courses for workplace safety and fire prevention, first aid, and food culture. Finally, we develop engineering processes related to the self-production of ingredients.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION

We complete our offer by relying on communication and marketing experts capable of developing the brand, brand identity, coordinated image, integrated communication plan, and all the marketing strategies necessary for your venue's format.
